1.    All services provided by Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd are subject to the payment terms mentioned in the respective invoice.
2.    All invoices are payable within the agreed credit period from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.    Testing and service charges become non-refundable once the testing process, sample preparation, inspection, analysis or related activities have commenced.
4.    Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withhold test reports, certificates, calibration certificates, inspection reports or any related deliverables until full payment has been received.
5.    Any additional testing, repeat analysis, urgent processing, re-sampling, re-inspection or scope changes requested by the customer may attract additional charges.
6.    All applicable taxes, including GST and other statutory levies, shall be payable by the customer as per prevailing government regulations.
7.    Payments made through online payment gateways are subject to banking authorization and processing timelines. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or financial institutions.
8.    In case of delayed payments, Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend ongoing services, withhold reports or decline future assignments until all outstanding dues are cleared.
9.    Any dispute regarding invoices, billing, or charges must be communicated in writing within seven (7) days from the invoice date. Failing such notification, the invoice shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
10.    The customer shall ensure that all samples, materials, drawings, specifications and information provided for testing are accurate and complete. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in results arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer.
11.    Samples submitted for testing shall be retained and disposed of in accordance with the laboratory's sample retention policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for samples after the retention period has expired.
12.    Test results, reports, certificates and opinions are applicable only to the samples, materials or items tested and shall not be construed as a warranty, guarantee, or certification of the entire batch, lot or production process.
13.    Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall maintain the confidentiality of customer information and test results except where disclosure is required by law, regulatory authorities, accreditation requirements, court orders or with the customer's written consent.
14.    Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or business losses arising from the use of test reports, certificates, or services provided. 
15.    Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, utility failures, government actions or other force majeure events.
16.    Any complaint regarding testing, inspection, calibration or related services must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the report or certificate.
17.    No claim, legal proceeding or action arising out of the services provided by Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall be brought after one (1) year from the date of issuance of the relevant report, certificate or invoice.
18.    Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise, amend or update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version shall apply to all services and transactions.
19.    Submission of samples, issuance of a purchase order, acceptance of a quotation, confirmation of a work order or payment against an invoice shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.
20.    By proceeding with the payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
21.    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
22.    Any dispute arising out of or relating to the services provided by Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
