Shipping Policy

​​Test Reports
  1. Test reports will be issued upon completion of testing and in accordance with the agreed terms.

  2. A soft copy of the test report will be sent to the customer's registered email address.

  3. Two original hard copies of the test report will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  4. The customer is required to sign and stamp one copy as an acknowledgment of receipt and return it to Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt. Ltd. for our records.

  5. Hard copies of the test reports will be delivered by hand or dispatched through courier to the address provided by the customer.

  6. Soft Copy of the test reports is provided on the customer’s registered email address.

  7. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier or postal service providers after dispatch.

  8. Additional copies of the test report may be issued upon request and may be subject to applicable charges.​

 

Sample Return
  1. Samples will be returned only if the customer has requested their return at the time of sample submission and the request is clearly mentioned on the Delivery Challan (DC), Sample Submission Form, or Purchase Order.

  2. Samples approved for return via courier will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer.

  3. If no return request is received, samples will be retained for 30 days after completion of testing and thereafter disposed of in accordance with the laboratory's sample disposal policy.

  4. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage to returned samples after they have been handed over to the courier service.

  5. Courier charges for returning samples, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
