Samples submitted for testing will be returned only if the customer has specifically requested sample return at the time of submission, and the requirement is clearly mentioned on the Delivery Challan (DC), Sample Submission Form, or Purchase Order.

If no return instruction is provided on the submission document, the samples will be retained for 30 days (1 month) from the date of completion of testing and will thereafter be disposed of as per the laboratory's sample disposal procedure.

Returned samples will either be handed over to the customer or dispatched through courier, depending on the size, nature, and handling requirements of the sample.

Samples will be returned to the address mentioned on the Delivery Challan (DC) or to any other address communicated by the customer in writing before dispatch.

Courier or transportation charges for returning samples shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any damage, deterioration, or alteration of samples resulting from testing, normal handling, or transit after dispatch.

Any request for sample return received after 30 days from the date of completion of testing may not be accepted if the sample has already been disposed of or consumed during testing.
