1. It will be the utmost endeavour of the laboratory to service it’s clientele with sincerity, doing testing as per stated or implicitly understood specifications; conditions stated in Test Reports shall apply.

2. Prices Other than those mentioned shall be furnished on request.

3. Debit note will be issued to client for Bounced Cheque. All bounced cheque customer will not be given any credit period.

4. Interpretation & remarks contained in the test reports are based upon implicit request from clients. These interpretations are always objective.

5. An acceptance criterion is the sole responsibility of client or his agents & as such the laboratory shall not be held liable under any circumstance.

6. Any discrepancies observed in the test report shall be brought to the notice of the Laboratory within one week.

7. Test Request: Clients are requested to send all samples /Items for testing to the Lab along with a test request/challan clearly identifying the test items & mentioning the tests required.

8. Report Amendment: If any changes in the test report are required by the client, a written request for the amendment will have to be made (on client’s letter head with authorized signature). Changes that are feasible and admissible will be made and such decision will be taken by the lab which will be binding upon the client. Amended test reports will be on chargeable basis @ Rs.100 per Lab Report. Original Test Reports need to be submitted to the laboratory.

9. Clients are requested to send all sample/items submitted for testing to the lab along with a test request (either a letter, or memo but not a scrap paper) clearly identifying the test items, and mentioning the tests required. Unless the tests are mentioned, it will be presumed that all tests as per specifications are to be performed, and this will be binding upon the client. All specific instructions for the items or pertinent details required in the test report must be mentioned stated without ambiguity in this test request.

10. Additional copies of Reports shall be provided @ Rs. 100 per Lab Report after written request from the customer..

11. Prices are subject to change without any intimation or notice. It is expected that clients go through the Price List and conditions before issuing material to the lab for testing. Once the material is tested, invoicing will be done as per Price List prevalent at that time. However, final pricing / prices for tests / specimen preparation shall be at the sole discretion of the Laboratory. No complaints regarding the same shall be entertained.

12. Additional Cutting Charges may be levied for high thickness / hard material at the sole discretion of the lab.

13. For All On-Site Jobs, Travel, Lodging and Boarding Expenses shall have to be borne by the client.

14. The Laboratory’s responsibility is confined to Testing of Samples / Test Pieces submitted by the client to the

laboratory for testing. The Test Reports issued by the laboratory relates only to those particular samples.

15. Acceptance of terms and conditions: Acceptance of even one test certificate by a client shall imply that the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in this document and that these terms and conditions shall be binding upon the client.
