1.     Customers may request cancellation of services prior to the commencement of testing, inspection, calibration, sample preparation, analytical work, or any related activities.

2.     Once the testing process, sample preparation, inspection, calibration, analysis or any associated work has commenced, the service charges shall be non-refundable.

3.     Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payments, payments made in excess of the applicable advance amount or agreed service charges where Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd is unable to undertake the requested service before commencement of testing, inspection, calibration, sample preparation or analytical work.

4.     Any refund approved by Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

5.     Any charges incurred towards sample collection, sample handling, transportation, urgent processing, consumables, third-party services or statutory charges shall be non-refundable.

6.     In cases where testing cannot be completed due to insufficient quantity, damaged condition, improper packaging, unsuitable samples or incomplete information provided by the customer, applicable testing and processing charges may still apply.

7.     Customers are requested to carefully review quotations, test requirements, specifications and scope of work before confirming services and making payment.

8.     Payments made through online payment gateways are subject to banking authorization and processing timelines. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for delays, failures or technical issues arising from banks, payment gateways or financial institutions.

9.     Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject any refund or cancellation request that does not comply with the terms stated in this policy.

10. Any dispute relating to payments, cancellations, refunds or billing must be communicated in writing within seven (7) days from the invoice date.

11. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

12. Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

13. This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

15. By proceeding with the payment, submitting samples, issuing a purchase order, accepting a quotation, or availing any services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
